Lupini Beans - Tasty Little Bites

The first time I was served these yellow beans in the local café with a beer, I did not know what they were.  In the meantime I learned to appreciate these "Petiscos" (Portuguese for "tasty little bites") as a delicious snack, especially since I found out how healthy they are!

Rally de Portugal 2011

The Vodafone Rally Portugal 2011 will start in Lissabon on 24 March, move through the lower Alentejo and end in the Algarve on 27 March 2011.  Also São Marcos da Serra will be in the picture on Sunday 27 March.  This year will be the debut of the Mini Rally Car.  For more information: www.rallydeportugal.pt
